Admin Executive
Support daily office operations and management functions for Total Secure Force headquarters.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for company records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Assist HR department with documentation, onboarding, and employee records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Manage visitor registration and front desk coordination
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the security or facilities management industry
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
- Familiarity with office management systems and HR software
Operation Officer
Oversee daily security operations, guard deployment, and client site management across assigned regions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits at client locations
- Plan and manage guard scheduling, shift rotations, and manpower deployment
- Coordinate incident response and ensure timely escalation procedures
- Serve as primary liaison between clients, guards, and management
- Organize and supervise on-the-job training for security personnel
- Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee maintenance and inventory of security equipment at assigned sites
- Prepare operational reports, incident logs, and performance assessments
- Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations or related field
- Valid driving license (Class D)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to perform field duties
- Former military, police, or auxiliary police background
- Experience with CCTV systems, access control, and security technology
- First Aid and CPR certification
