Service

The terms and conditions governing our professional security services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Total Secure Force Sdn Bhd (“TSF”, “we”, “our”) for security services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and TSF. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not engage our services.

2. Service Description

TSF provides professional security services including but not limited to: static and mobile security guarding, armed escort services, CCTV and access control installation, security consultancy, risk assessments, and related security solutions. The specific scope of services will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Service Level Agreement

TSF is committed to deploying trained and licensed security personnel in accordance with the standards set out in our Service Agreement. We maintain a dedicated operations centre for incident response and operational coordination. Specific service level commitments, including response times and reporting frequency, will be defined in the applicable Service Agreement.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding security requirements, site conditions, and potential hazards. The Client shall ensure reasonable access to the premises for TSF personnel and shall not direct security officers to perform duties outside the agreed scope of services. The Client is responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their premises and assets.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees shall be as stated in the Service Agreement. Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. TSF reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate permitted under Malaysian law. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

TSF shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, or government directives. Our total liability under any Service Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. TSF shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TSF, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s breach of these terms, negligence, or wilful misconduct, or from inaccurate information provided by the Client regarding site conditions or security requirements.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any Service Agreement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party, except as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement by providing written notice as specified in the agreement, typically thirty (30) days. TSF reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or if continued service poses a safety risk to our personnel. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
